I go to Sam Pack's because David, in service, always takes care to communicate with me from the start to finish about what's wrong, approximate costs, other options, etc.with my 2 Fords. My most recent visit cost me $3787 which was not good for me. David was able to minimize this major objection thru his excellent way of explaining what was wrong with the Explorer. I have been going to Sam Pack's service department for approximately 10 years and would give them the highest marks for quality of repair and customer service. Thanks to David and the service technicians. More

I told the gentlemen that I wasn’t and that my window didn’t work on my car and that I need to be fixed right away because a storm was coming. Well he looked at the window and told me it was my window regulator right away. (What I liked is that before they got it in the shop he knew what was wrong with it). I asked how did he know and he gave me a full explanation on why it was the window regulator and I totally know how to understand next time if my car has the same problem. Was charged 2500 dollars to fix deisel f250 truck. Truck ran for 3 weeks. Took back to dealer.They then wanted 2400 dollars to attemt to fix again.Did not stand by work originally performed.They should of b ran for 3 weeks. I have purchased 20+ automobiles from this dealership both new and used as well as family members and friends also purchasing a very many new and used vehicles. Not once, I will state it again, not once have I ever had nor heard of anyone I recommended had a bad experience with this dealership. I have never seen a dealership go to more extreme measures to satisfy its customers and deliever a quality fair priced new or used automobile. More
I purchased a 2003 Ford Focus for my wife online. I paid for the car with a cashiers check. When I went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle and pay for it, I was sent to the finance office. I was sent for the car with a cashiers check. When I went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle and pay for it, I was sent to the finance office. I was sent into the "closing office" with the rudest man I think I have ever encountered. When he presented me with the receipt and all the other paperwork,we had a $1500.00 difference. They had added in an extended warranty without even asking me if I wanted it. When I pointed out I didn't want the extended warranty he became upset and gave me a major attitude. By the time I came out of that office with the corrected paperwork I pulled my salesman to the side and told him if it wasn't for having a pleasant experience with him, I would have walked away. It is my opinion that this dealership is sneaky. Do not sign anything until you have read it. The time before that I was told that if I got the extended warranty it would help the lender to approve it. This is B.S.I would NEVR buy anothr vehicle from these jerks. In addition, after sale caring seems not to exist until they solicit you through the mail on a holiday or birthday and they want you to buy a new vehicle or refer someone you know.
