I was referred to Mike at this dealership by a friend of mine who had purchased 2 vehicles from them. I was an X-plan customer, so I knew exactly the car that I wanted and the price that it was going to be mine who had purchased 2 vehicles from them. They took care of my wife and kids before I arrived. They did not try to "up-sale" with a lot of dealer add-ons which I really appreciated. They did offer us two (and only two) aftermarket accessories (window tinting and stolen vehicle recovery system)which we purchased from them at very competitive prices. We walked in with very good financing terms from our credit union, which they were able to match and which in turn allowed us to get a $500 financing rebate. More
In summary, Sam Packs Carrolton was exceptionally fair and pleasant to do business with. I’ve purchased two cars here in the last 2-months I never once observed any pressure, gimmicks, or coercion tactic and pleasant to do business with. Unbelievaable experience with finance manager. He spent an hour trying to sell me extended warranty after I repeatedly told him no. He continued to badger me and even raised the total price of the car ass an hour trying to sell me extended warranty after I repeatedly told him no. He continued to badger me and even raised the total price of the car assuming that I had not already seen the document with the total price. When I told him he was incorrect on the price, he said, "Well, you didn't think we'd give you the warranty for free, did you?" After two and a half weeks, I still have not received any documentation concerning the sale, and though my trade-in was listed on the website immediately, and has been sold, my loan has still not been paid off and I have had to make one payment and will probably be charged for a second one in a week. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! More

I only looked at and test drove a few models, but he probably would shown me every car he had until I find the one that was right for me. I really feel that he went out of his way to make this a great experience, and even though his interactions with me did feel personalized, meaning that I didn't feel like just another buyer, I got the impression that he is like this with every prospective car buyer that he meets. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They ordered a 2012 Laguna Seca Boss 302 Mustang for me. They were as excited as I was about ordering the car. Fantastic experience for me. When I took delivery of the car they followed my instructions to the letter. I asked that the car be untouched as it came of the transport. They did the required state inspection and filled the car up with premium and were there with 6 people to make sure I got the car loaded onto my trailer for the trip home. I was more or less treated like a rock star to make sure everything was right with my purchase and delivery of the car. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular the Internet sales staff: Mr. Chris Sherman, Mr. Ray Patel and Mr. Mark Sidweber. More
