Michael Redmond is horrible at follow up and would never commit to a price. My experience with him have all been unsatisfactory or negative. I would never buy a car from him (or Five Star Ford in Carrollton) because of his attitude. I was ignored for over two weeks after a couple of initial emails. Then, my mobile phone rang as I was literally sitting in another dealerships parking lot. It was him - finally following up. I told him that I was in a dealership's parking lot and I'd call him back later. He asked "If I can beat their price, will you leave that dealership right now?" I told him "No, I'm already here so I'm going to talk with them!" (Note: I didn't buy my car at the dealership I was at) At this point, he started asking where I was. When I asked why he wanted to know, he started raising his voice and said I was "playing games". I told him that I was simply trying to get a good deal, and this dealership actually committed on a price. He said "Call me if it doesn't work out" and promptly hung up on me. If anybody was playing games, it was him. He didn't have the car I wanted in stock. More

From the moment I stepped in the door, Mark Sidweber greeted me as if I were family. I expressed to him the issues I was having with Bankston Ford (Frisco, Texas) relating to engine troubles I was havi greeted me as if I were family. I advised him how unhappy I was as a long-time owner of Ford vehicles (my family has owned 27 Ford vehicles, plus and additional 5 Lincoln/Mercury vehicles) and how ill-treated I had felt not only with Bankston Ford, but with Ford Motor Corporation regarding my truck. Mark introduced sales rep John Quincey to me, and together they not only helped me work through my issues with my current truck, but gave my a fair deal on a new F-150, and a fair offer on my current vehicle. I am completely satisfied with my choice of dealerships, and found Sam Pack Ford to be everything and more that so many friends expressed to me when seeking a dealership for not only service, but a new truck.
