My fiancé and I went looking to buy a used car. We did all of the research we could and headed out to Sam Pack to look at a specific car. We worked with a young man named Eric, one of the most friendly and customer-oriented individuals we have ever met. He showed us the car we came to look at, but we changed cars shortly after arriving and he literally ran inside to change keys for us. Throughout the entire financing process, Eric was checking on us to make sure we were being helped properly. Eric was extremely impressive. This is why we have rated 5's across the board for this dealership; not to mention that they have an impressive selection of vehicles. If we have to buy a new car soon (fingers crossed that doesn't happen), Eric at Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford will be the first person we call. (Eric was also recently promoted from the mechanic position to sales... and he is a complete natural with customers). More

In December of 2013 I was involved in an accident that totaled my "paid off" ford ranger on the ice. Since I have owned several Rangers I was determined to get another even though it was phased out in 201 totaled my "paid off" ford ranger on the ice. One of those was a 2011 Black Ranger sport at Sam Packs in Carrollton. I sent a quick email to let them know I was interested at 4am Before I left for Work and got a phone call From Jennings Bryant in sales 15 mins after they opened at 9am. We chatted for a few minutes and since I was at work, I asked Jennings to get me all of the history on the truck and email it to me for review later in the day. When I arrived at home I had Vehicle history reports and a Video of the walk around of this vehicle.! Unfortunately I became ill and could not get down there until the end of the week. What impressed me was how kind and understanding Jennings was as well as the Used car sales Mgr Mike May. I found very simple and genuine get well wishes from both during the week! Who does that?! Sam Packs does that even though I'd never met either of them! I was finally able to hit the dealership, drive the Truck and Make all the arrangements to puechase it. I cannot commend Jennings, Mike And Michael in finance enough for how they handled the entire process of this purchase. I went in armed with knowledge of what I wanted and ready to do battle and there was no Battle to do! The entire process front to back was a pleasure and I never dreamed I'd say that about a major purchase like this. One of the other reasons I chose this dealership is because I did my homework and read reviews on several sites on how they rated with customers. Top Notch in every way!! I had set up an appointment with David Keen to lease a new Ford Explorer. Everyone is so nice and courteous and they want to make sure that you are taken care of. David knew what I was looking for and in the end, put me in a vehicle that I absolutely love. He didn't mind walking the lot several times before I found what I was looking for and made sure my payments were where I needed them to be.
