F-350 overall experience was excellent, the largest issue regarding this purchase was the inability of the dealership to accept a check to pay for the vehic overall experience was excellent, the largest issue regarding this purchase was the inability of the dealership to accept a check to pay for the vehicle. I decided the best course of action for this purchase was to write a check at the time of purchase to pay in full for the new vehicle. There was some issue with the finance department to process the check, I had the bank call to verify funds in the account, but that still wasn't enough, I had to go to my bank and get a cashiers check to replace the check I had already written. When I am spending between $60-70k on a truck the last thing I want to do is have to double that amount on my books for even a day due to the manual check being out of my control and drawing a cashiers check. That was the inexplicable experience about this whole thing. Both Melanie and Brandon were great through the process, it's just hard to wrap my mind around this situation. It will have to be fixed before I make another purchase. More
