Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.
These are some of over 100 other corporate awards, recognitions, honors and community service accolades that Five Star Ford has won since Sam Pack has taken charge of the dealership.
Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.

Start to finish and even past that, 5 Star's employees have been outstanding!! Clay Young has been our service advisor for the past 10 years approx., and there is no one better! He gets our cars in and out and makes sure we are taken care of from the minute we drive up until we drive away with the situation taken care of. I was very hard to reach during the trip that weekend that took me through the Dallas area on Sunday and back through on Tuesday. Even though I had terrible cell phone reception and limited opportunity to see e-mail, she still worked at contacting me and was willing to stay late Tuesday night to show me the car I wanted to look at. And there was NO way she actually knew I was really coming until it was already past her usual quitting time that day. She went the extra distance for me and my wife. I'll bet she does for you, too. Service department had left a bitter taste in my mouth every time I went in or even talked on the phone. They are always correct and you are an the sucker who doesn't know what you are talking about. Would not recommend the sales department. Would DEFINITELY not recommend service department. More

2013 Ford Escape Transmission issues before 60K miles We dropped off our vehicle at Sam Pack Five Star Ford in Carrollton right after it closed for the evening. We did receive a call the next morning stat We dropped off our vehicle at Sam Pack Five Star Ford in Carrollton right after it closed for the evening. We did receive a call the next morning stating that it would maybe take a day or two to even diagnose the issue and that the service could take up to 2 weeks. They also mentioned it would be around $100 for diagnosing the issue. We were not given the option for any type of courtesy vehicle as Clay mentioned that they have not done that in over 10 years now. They should provide some kind of rental reimbursement then I would think for a car that is roughly only 2 years old and having transmission issues. Will not return here for service again or for future purchases. More
