Awesome, to say the least! This is the 2nd time we came to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrollton. Last year Melanie was very concerned about choosing the RIGHT CAR for us, not This is the 2nd time we came to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrollton. Last year Melanie was very concerned about choosing the RIGHT CAR for us, not just any car. She did that! We went home with an '08 Ford Fusion & loved it every day we owned it! One year later Melanie contacted us about possibly trading up. We were kinda skeptical because we loved the '08 Fusion so much, & definitely did NOT want higher payments! We decided to just go look, to see what she had in mind. Well, we rolled outta the parking lot that day in a Brand Spanking NEW 2016 Ford Fusion for LOWER PAYMENTS than the '08!!! Thank you Melanie! She got her Manager & Justin in Finance involved & they worked an unbelievable deal for us. (They also gave us grilled hot dogs & Cold drinks while we waited) Thank you Melanie for caring about us & our lives & our happiness!!! We love our NEW car! More

Buying was exciting My wife and I bought our first new car in over 25 years and really enjoyed the experience. The event was broken into three sessions. First and intro My wife and I bought our first new car in over 25 years and really enjoyed the experience. The event was broken into three sessions. First and introduction to a salesperson, Allan Johnson, then and we gave him a list of 3 different vehicles we were interested in. He let both of us drive each one, and each time we would find a park to sit in the shade while he explained the features of that particular vehicle. After finishing the test drives we headed for home and to the car we were going to trade. During the drive home we decided which one we wanted and let Allan know. He began the paper work. When we returned we gave him the keys to our car for appraisal and within 10 minutes the sales Manager Mike Munden sat with us to explain the deal they were prepared to make. When he shared the particulars with us I knew we had a great deal as I was informed before we began our visit with knowledge. We then met for less than 15 minutes with Brandon Mathews their finance guy and signed the papers. And both he and Mike said that we had a 4 step and that was to meet with Richard who would provide technical training on all of the high tech features in our car. And he knew his stuff. We left and went to dinner and when I checked my e mail I had two e mails thanking me for our business and a call from the sales manager asking that I call him anytime I have a problem Amazing and evidently with the 0% financing they were slammed yesterday and still found time for us.....we had a blast. Thanks to the entire team Oh yeah forgot about Alexandria who we spent 10 minutes with regarding additional options that we might want. Each person had a piece of the puzzle and each knew something specific that they needed to transfer to us. Much Gratitude I may not wait another 25 years to buy our next car. Philip V.G. More
