Outstanding Experience On My First New Vehicle I've been interested in a new F-150 for about a year now. I looked at other dealerships, and knew that I wanted to move forward with my first new vehi I've been interested in a new F-150 for about a year now. I looked at other dealerships, and knew that I wanted to move forward with my first new vehicle purchase. When this year's Black Friday deals started rolling out, I was watching for Ford dealerships and what they were offering. I saw that Five Star Ford near my house in Keller had a great deal, so got up early and went to the dealership hoping to leave with a new truck. Unfortunately, they didn't seem like they really wanted my business, and weren't interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Thankfully, my uncle was in the same boat - same interest, similar experience at Five Star NRH, etc. - and got in touch with Josh Worley at Five Star Carrollton. Josh was outstanding! If not for his outstanding attitude, and effort towards customer satisfaction, I would not be in a new vehicle today and would likely never give Five Star another chance. He never tried to haggle me on the price, matched the Black Friday offer (even though I couldn't make it to the dealership until Saturday), listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find the right deal... on top of everything, he was friendly and personable! Alex Benvenuto, Brandon Matthews, and David Barragan stayed right in step, never being pushy. Simply laying out what my options were, and asking if I was interested. I would - and already have - recommended Five Star CARROLLTON (I steer people away from the NRH store) to anyone... friend, family, or stranger! He was very supportive, but realistic. Reassured me that if he couldn't get me into the car I wanted, that he would continue to stick with me when ever I needed him. He was upfront about everything, no smoking mirrors. He continuously came back from the finance office to check on me. He educated me throughout the whole process which made the experience very comfortable. I am very please and excited about my purchase from Carl and David. I have no desire to ever shop anywhere else. I will suggest to anyone that I know that is in the market for a car to go see Carl. Couldn't have asked for a better sales associate! More

I was in the market for a new F-150 and had found the one online that I liked. Jose and I went and checked out the one I was interested in. After checking out the F-150 and taking it for a test drive we went inside to workout a deal. I had previously been to another dealer in the DFW area and had a lot of unprofessional back and forth with the dealer trying to earn my business. I was a little reluctant to go into another dealer, but i'm glad I went to Sam Pack. I had a very laid back experience with Jose on getting the price I wanted to pay for the new F-150 and getting what I wanted out of my trade. I never felt any pressure to make the deal. Once all was agreed upon Jose set me up with Justin McCarroll to take care of the paperwork and financing. I had a great experience with Justin as well and didn't feel any pressure with the financing. Justin explained all my options very well and I felt comfortable in the decisions I made on the finance side. I know sometimes when people buy new vehicles they get a little buyers remorse because they felt like the deal they made wasn't very good. I never had that feeling and still feel really good about the deal I got on my new truck. If I'm in the market for another Ford or know a friend or family member who is I will definitely recommend Sam Pack in Carrollton. More

Let me expalin why: I first stopped into the Carrollton store on a hot day just to look with my wife. Jared helped us understand the choices we had and thoroughly knew the cars and features. He walked us around the lot while we just brainstormed ideas. We left that day never feeling any pressure. He followed up in a friendly way but we were not ready to buy. A few months later, on a rainy day, we stopped by to narrow our choices. Jared walked us around on that damp day again patiently helping us with info anf some indicative pricing. We left that day not feeling any pressure giving us time think about choices and our budget. A week later the sales Manager Bobby Richardson followed up and very nicely discussed our needs and pricing. Ultimately, within a day Jared and Bobby worked to get us into our preferred car and within our budget. All the while, I never felt pressured. The information I received and the treatment was excellent! I needed transportation and Sean Pinegar heled me achieve that in a time frame that prior to this I had not believe possible.!!!! He was extremely friendly and very informative, answer questions promptly, had all of the paperwork done when I arrived ( in pouring rain), and then referred me on to the finance department with Jason McCarroll who also had the paperwork all done and ready to go. The friendly atmosphere and willingness to go the extra mile was a huge plus! I have in the past been a customer of Sam Pack's Five Star Ford and will be one in the future.
