The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.

Simple oil change I have been a loyal Sam Pack customer for several years. 3 new pickups! I have been attempting to get an oil change. Each time I am being told 1 1/2 I have been a loyal Sam Pack customer for several years. 3 new pickups! I have been attempting to get an oil change. Each time I am being told 1 1/2 to 2 hours, wether you are first thing in the morning or later. This is unexceptable. New facility, more technicians ect ect ect??? I have continued buying my pickups because of the way I was treated by the personnel. They tell me there is nothing they can do about the situation. Well, they have one more time slot because I won't be coming back! More

They were very patient, explained all the feat I purchased my 2017 Ford F-150 Platinum from this dealership and was extremely pleased with their team. They were very patient, explained all the features to me properly and gave me the best price out there! I had done my research, visited 2 other dealers before buying from this dealership cause they simply beat everyone on price and were so much nicer than the other guys around! I'm very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend this dealership. I was helped by Sean Pinegar and he truly went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. I was unable to pick up the truck for a couple days after purchase and the weather got really bad, Sean made sure that he had my truck safely tucked away so it wouldn't get dirty. He even sent me pictures and video's so I would know its safe and not worry too much. This to me is personalized attention which is rare to find these days. Thank you guys! More
