Avoid Dealing with Raj Patel at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Carrollton I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Raj Patel, the sales manager at this dealership. Initially, the salesperson was helpf Carrollton I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Raj Patel, the sales manager at this dealership. Initially, the salesperson was helpful, and I was ready to finalize a deal after they agreed to match a competitor’s price. However, when I questioned an unexpected $225 discrepancy in the final price, Raj Patel handled the situation with extreme arrogance and unprofessionalism. Instead of addressing my concern respectfully, he walked into the room, shook hands in a condescending manner, and told me, “You don’t have a car here. You may now get out.” Then, he simply walked away. His dismissive and rude attitude was shocking, especially since I had been polite throughout the process. Rather than treating customers with fairness and integrity, he chose to belittle and intimidate. No professional should behave this way, let alone someone in a management position. If you’re considering purchasing from this dealership, avoid dealing with Raj Patel at all costs. There are plenty of other dealerships where you’ll be treated with respect and honesty. More
