Good customer service except important details were left out of the car . Could’ve provided more information about the car since I wasn’t there to see it in person. The brake pads cut the rotor and I wasn’t aware of that until I got in the car so I’ll need to replace the brake pads and rotor immediately. Being from a southern state, I had to do individual research to find out that northern cars tend to have rust on it cause of the salt on the roads to combat the snow. Feel like I should’ve gotten the car cheaper if I had all this information in the beginning. If I was there in person I assume I’d have no complaints. Would NOT recommend purchasing a car from this dealership if you don’t see the car in person first. More

At first my experience was great! I was helped by Roy H. . Then the night I traded in my old car, I had left a few items. I hadn’t even left the car lot yet. I feel this is unacceptable due to you guys telling me you would put my items up for me. Even tried to speak with the manager and he was so insensitive about the whole situation! I advise you to take your car business somewhere else, that the sale people are not liars and stand on their word. More
