I received ONE check, ONE not several. That was to cover the illegally welded rim, broken interior pieces and the malfunctioning heat that DID NOT WORK from December 1 2021 through February 3 2022. THE CAR WAS KEYED AT THE DEALESHIP AFTER I WAS SENT PICTURES OF THE CAR. This was verified by the transport company documents and your sales associate Damien. I have called you. I have emailed you with pictures and documentation for damage I was never reimbursed for when requested. I am not sure why I would call you at this point. You have an estimate to replace the stained carpet, sent in February 2022 of 4500usd. I recieved a response that you were no longer willing to reimburse me for the damage to the car before I recieved it. I just got am estimate from abody shop to fix the keyed side of car, 4200 USD. You have my contact information. Call only if you are willing to reimburse me for the damage that was the fault of your dealership. Otherwise I will file with the state AG.
