I recently bought a car after about 6 months of searching. Jason Goble was very kind and professional. He updated me weekly on the cars the dealership had arriving until the car I wanted arrived. This was the absolute worst car buying experience I have had; I will never step foot in this dealership again because of it. My husband and I contacted a sales person, Justin, and provided information abou had; I will never step foot in this dealership again because of it. My husband and I contacted a sales person, Justin, and provided information about a car we would like to see, our price range, etc. We had another appointment at a different dealership in town and were forthright with Justin know of the other appointment appointment. When we got there, he not only had no cars prepared for us to see, but he also was unprepared on our wishlist items as well. We finally drove a Rav 4, didn't prefer it, and asked if they had any used Jeep Cherokees. We test drove a Cherokee. Justin basically talked the car down the entire test drive, even though we said we preferred it. Then we said we were going to go to our other appointment at a different dealership, but keep the Jeep in mind. Even though we had already previously mentioned that we were going to another appointment and had that commitment, Justin acted surprised. He kept trying to sell us on the car even though we made it clear we were going to our appointment we had previously set up. He was clearly scrambling. He brought in another person (I assumed manager). He left us waiting for a long time several times to bring us more information, this person, etc. We kept putting our foot down saying we were going to the other appointment, but we'd keep the option in mind. There was no respect for our time, our boundaries, or our prior commitments. Furthermore, we looked up the Jeep online and both Justin and the other person brought to us failed to mention that the Jeep was a rebuilt title. They spent at least an hour trying to sell us the Jeep and never once mentioned that fact. I don't trust a business that doesn't mention something like that when trying to sell a car. I would not advise going here, and definitely advise against dealing with Justin. He was poorly prepared, not respectful of time, and the epitome of the salesperson every person hates to work with at a dealership. Take your time finding a dealership and salesperson that will respect your wishes, your time, and be forthright and honest with you. It clearly isn't Justin or Sam Leman Toyota Bloomington; keep looking. More

I bought a car from this dealership and had it delivered to my home several states away. Immediately after the car rolled off the truck, I noticed large, deep scratches on the passenger side that were not t to my home several states away. Immediately after the car rolled off the truck, I noticed large, deep scratches on the passenger side that were not there, when videos were sent to me of this car. Videos that include the now (clearly keyed) passenger side. I took pictures and sent them to the sales associate I worked with D. Fleming. He immediately responded and acknowledged that the key scratches were not there when he sent me pictures. I obtained the signed release of the car from the transport company. It was signed by the dealership, acknowledging that the key marks WERE ON THE CAR WHEN IT LEFT THE DEARLERSHIP; meaning the car was keyed after I agreed to buy it and BEFORE it left the dealership. When I contacted the dealership about this, AND another issue that presented itself the moment I drove the car, they initially told me it was not their problem, then once I sent them the release from the transport company and proof from a local repair shop that they sold me a car with an illegally welded rim, they responded and offered to fix the rim and several other points of damage to the car, including broken interior pieces, AND STAINED INTERIOR CARPET THROUGHOUT. I sent them an estimate for the mechanical damage and I had to pay for it and they reimbursed me for that piece, but continue to refuse to reimburse me for the key damage and stained carpet. I sent estimates to them for this damage - which is extensive, and they simply told me that it was my problem now and they "WILL NOT" reimburse me for any other damage sustained to the car I purchased at the dealership. I spoke with Taylor Norton and Seth Shepard. It was and still is a terrible reminder of dishonest sales people. The damage to the carpet and exterior paint (based on professional estimates is (9700). I have had the car detailed, buffed and had the interior carpet cleaned professionally. The scratches are too deep and could not be buffed out, and the stains were not removed during the detailing of the carpet and must be replaced. The carpet is beige, the stains are RED. THE WORST SALES PRACTICES OF ANY DEALER. Now I have to make the choice to take time to make a formal complaint to the AG or sue, or leave it. More
