I honestly would NOT have my vehicle if Hugo didn’t give me the call. Drove 200 miles away and grabbed my dream vehicle. Shouts out the gentlemen in the finance dept. as well working with me to get a better deal and more on my trade in. Was very pleased and very happy to join the Toyota family…. Didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of like how I felt @ my previous dealership (chevy). Very poor. Dealership wants $2,000 above sticker for a hybrid Camry. And they want $7,000 “market adjustment price” for an electric Prius. Very unhappy with Dealership wants $2,000 above sticker for a hybrid Camry. And they want $7,000 “market adjustment price” for an electric Prius. Very unhappy with their tactics. Their tactics discourage people from buying NEW more fuel efficient vehicles. Not so with other dealerships in the area. For example Peoria dealership does not charge these prices!!!! More
