I worked with Kylie, “Service Advisor” yesterday. Kylie worked with me through the entire process while my car was being serviced utilizing Toyota Care. We had a great experience at Sam’s Leman Toyota! Alfonso met us as we walked in. The dealership was bright, fresh, and so clean. This is the first dealership purchase we had ever made. We thought we Alfonso met us as we walked in. The dealership was bright, fresh, and so clean. This is the first dealership purchase we had ever made. We thought we were going to buy a car. Alfonso suggested a Nissan. After an hour and a half of walking the lot, we changed our minds and decided a small SUV was a better fit for us. Alfonso was patient as he gave us the specs on a Jeep they had just gotten in and he had mentioned upon our arrival. Alfonso had to start the ‘paperwork’ process over again and he did so with a smile. He never once made it seem like an inconvenience. We are thrilled with our new Jeep and appreciate the check in from Alfonso after our purchase as he was unable to be there when we came back to pick up the Jeep.
