The finance department the second time around not so good. 2 hours into the 3 hour ride home I get a call from finance mgr stating paperwork was all wrong. Wrong VIN... Plates, registration, all paperwork etc... had to be resent to me, and resigned. Sorry, the VIN is the one thing that everything else depends on. Get it right Jake. The finance rate... well we will save that for another time. Salesman 5 stars. Finance Department not so much. More

I worked directly with Juan Vazquez on the purchase of a New Vehicle for my Parents who live in Bloomington remotely from Texas, where I live. Everything started out with an internet inquiry which Juan responded to very quickly. Everything proceeded smoothly as we worked together to determine what my Parents wanted in a new Vehicle, pricing and the Vehicle search. Because my Parents were trading in a Highlander and downsizing to a RAV-4, the Vehicle configuration was going to be new to them. I requested that Juan take a similar Vehicle over to their Residence to see it, and he was willing to do so. He was patient and understanding through the Process, and despite the fact that I pushed to get the best price for them, we were able to agree to Terms. In the end, Juan and the Dealership located a Vehicle matching the Description of what my Parents were looking for and within a few weeks, they had what they wanted, at a price level and trade in value which I was happy with. Juan did a great job and understood just the right amount of communications for the deal. Not too many messages, responses when requested and prompt updates as to what the progress was. My goal was to take the stress off my Parents through the Process and Juan did just that. I thank him for the way he and the Sam Leman Dealership handled the Transaction and would highly recommend Juan Vazquez to others, who might be interested in the Vehicle Purchase Process. I worked out a deal with the sales person and sales manager over the weekend. I told them I would be in on Monday afternoon to bring the check from the credit union and sign all the paperwork. I was unable to get tot he dealership Saturday before they closed but I offered to put something down on my credit card, the sales manager said not to worry about it if I was coming in on Monday. I emailed him on Monday morning around 10:00 and said I had the check in hand and will be there around 3:45. He replied back that he would see me then! Around 1:30 I get an email from the sales person saying they sold the truck. I contacted the corparate general manager and discussed it with him. He agreed they chould have contacted me before sellign the vehicle to verify I would be there to close the deal. He said he would get with the sales person the next day and have atalk with him He said they will at least find me another vehicle about the same or better at the same price. The next afternoon I got a link to the companies inventory and said to let me know if they could help. A far cry from what I was told and they have not gotten back a hold of me even after I reached out to the GM again. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE, THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND JUST TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. SINCE THIS HAPPENED I HAVE HAD TWO OTHER FRIENDS WITH BAD EXPERIENCES FROM HERE AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM A SAM LEMAN AGAIN. More
I worked with Kylie, “Service Advisor” yesterday. Kylie worked with me through the entire process while my car was being serviced utilizing Toyota Care. The oil was changed, tires rotated and a Toyota Recall was checked. The result for the recall indicated my car was safe and did not need to be corrected. My 2023 Toyota Highlander has operated flawlessly since I purchased it a year ago. I trust Sam Lemon Toyota to work on my car and believe the 1 hr and 1/2 drive is well worth it! I highly recommend this dealership and if you are lucky enough to get Kylie as your service advisor, you will be well taken care of!! More
Horrible Service - Untrustworthy and unethical sales team - We purchased a truck recently and paid asking price; however, upon driving it home the TPMS sensors didn’t work and we found scratches all over the - We purchased a truck recently and paid asking price; however, upon driving it home the TPMS sensors didn’t work and we found scratches all over the passenger side of the vehicle. We called and they agreed to fix the issues, so we drove it over an hour back to the dealership. When we came back to pick it up at the agreed upon time, it wasn’t ready, and we had to drive all the way home again, only to return a couple days later. When my husband called asking for paperwork, Jeff in service thought he’d hung up and proceeded to talk horribly about him as though he was terribly inconvenienced by the simple request. Upon getting the truck back again, the scratches were still there and we’ve just called asking what could be done, and we were told they are now unwilling to fix the issue. This isnt a dealership that operates with integrity and I would strongly recommend going elsewhere to prevent being taken advantage of. As a military family, we will be sure to share our experience with everyone we know to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else so unfortunate for Sam Leman, this review will be shared with an entire military community that will no longer be supporting them as a dealership.
