Sam S. went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and appreciated. I was looking for a used car within my budget in good condition and a style I wou went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and appreciated. I was looking for a used car within my budget in good condition and a style I would enjoy. And low mileage. This was a tall order. He totally understood what I was wanting and he did his best to find it. My budget really held us back. We test drove a couple of cars that weren't quite what I was wanting. But I realized pretty quickly that what I wanted didn't match up with what I could afford. He worked with the finance manager for quite some time just to discover that while I had a good down payment the lenders all said my social security income was not enough to get any loan. They worked every angle they could, but it just wasn't happening. Sam could not have been any friendlier or diligent in trying to get me into a car. I had totaled my last car so he understood that I was really in a bind. We weren't able to get a deal going because of the financing problem but he never made me feel pressured or that I had wasted a good part of his day. I would not hesitate recommending Sam to my family and friends. He goes above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for. He called around to the other Sam Leman dealerships checking if they had anything fitting my requirements. Thanks Sam for a job well done.. More

I recently purchased a new Mazda from Sam Leman Mazda and had a great experience. Justin Schultz greeted me as I walked in the door and we talked at length as to the type of car I was looking for and what I had a great experience. Justin Schultz greeted me as I walked in the door and we talked at length as to the type of car I was looking for and what I would be using it for. I had done quite a bit of research in advance of going to dealerships but needed to physically see and sit in the cars before doing any more research and Justin was very accommodating in showing me all the cars and talking me through all the other cars that fit in the same category I was looking at. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was getting the hard sale -- Justin was truly looking to put me in a car that would be best for me that matched my budget and lifestyle. In the end we found a great car that had an even better financing special and he came in on his off day to sell the car to me.
