Sam S. went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and appreciated. I was looking for a used car within my budget in good condition and a style I wou went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and appreciated. I was looking for a used car within my budget in good condition and a style I would enjoy. And low mileage. This was a tall order. He totally understood what I was wanting and he did his best to find it. My budget really held us back. We test drove a couple of cars that weren't quite what I was wanting. But I realized pretty quickly that what I wanted didn't match up with what I could afford. He worked with the finance manager for quite some time just to discover that while I had a good down payment the lenders all said my social security income was not enough to get any loan. They worked every angle they could, but it just wasn't happening. Sam could not have been any friendlier or diligent in trying to get me into a car. I had totaled my last car so he understood that I was really in a bind. We weren't able to get a deal going because of the financing problem but he never made me feel pressured or that I had wasted a good part of his day. I would not hesitate recommending Sam to my family and friends. He goes above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for.
