Terrible Service Department Took my vehicle in for a service recall for the key fobs. I purchased the vehicle there and have only had it serviced there. When I picked up vehicle, the key fob did not have the side door and tailgate feature. Jared said he was not sure what happened. When I asked when we could rectify this situation he said he would have to look into it. He would call me sometime next week. The issue for me is his poor demeanor and tone. I would expect him to apologize and say that they would work to get this fixed ASAP. Instead, he said he is used to these type of mistakes after working there for 6 months and that he does not know how all of these errors occur. This is not the first time that I have had to take my vehicle back for the same repair more than once. The sales team is good and I agree with the comments posted for them but the service dept is terrible and I have had terrible customer service since the beginning. This is the last straw for me and I will never buy from any Sam Leman or Dodge again after this incident. I would like to add that I have purchased three vans, a truck and jeep from Chrysler. I just received a call earlier in the week asking me to trade in my van which I have done every few years and I cannot wait for them to contact me again to tell them about the experience I had today with the Bloomington Sam Leman. More
