In this instance, the reason your daughter's check was not accepted is because we do not accept Sight Drafts which is what the check in question was. This is a universal policy, we do not accept Sight Drafts in any case regardless of who the customer is. In an effort to assist you further, we offered you the opportunity to finance through one of 17 other lender options available, which you refused at the time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you, and assure you that the situation was due to our policy on sight drafts that your payment was declined and not due to racial or any other discrimination. Lets just make something clear, Lying is not a strong suit. And for this company to try and justify the actions that was rendered to My family and I is basically saying that this Company need to shut Down. Oh, and when it comes to buying a car the buyer is told that of this so called Universal Policy for which this Company do NOT take or except any Sight Drafted Check before trying to force, in your words (offer)17 other Lenders after being approved through one Federal Bank in which a check was given to say that this company is sorry for any Inconvenience. I feel bad for those who are of a different race to come after my family and I and receive the same treatment. This is a sad company.
