We recently just bought a 2017 Ford Fusion. It was my first “adult” purchase meaning my first own car that my parents weren’t involved in the purchase of in anyway. It was just my girlfriend and I. As a 24 year old and 22 year old waking into a car dealership without parents or anyone “more experienced”, usually you’re not taken serious or helped in the best way possible to get you the best deal on a reliable vehicle. However, at Sam Leman with Tom we had the opposite experience and it was amazing. They treated as the adults we are, walked us through the entire process, and complimented/encouraged us along the way (and not encouraged in the pushy kind of way). We truly are impressed and will continue to always come back when it comes to buying vehicles (and as young adults - that’s a long lifetime of buying cars between the both of us (: ). Tom was also so friendly and kind. We feel like we made a friend out of the deal as well!
