Very happy with the buying process at Sam Leman in Morton. I initially stopped in back in June to look at the Gladiator’s. Noah was the lucky salesman that got to “deal” with me. I’m not “that guy” but, I am a lesser version for sure. I know what I want and what I want to spend. Noah was able to answer the questions I had without having to look on the website for the answers. That’s a must if I’m gonna be buying a vehicle from you. We sat down at his desk and started talking numbers. We couldn’t come to a number that was good for both parties so I told him it was time for me to go. He wasn’t pushy by throwing offers of this financer can do this or that. He respected that I wanted to go through my bank and that I wasn’t wanting to spend what we settled on for the truck of interest. Cut to last week. I decided to stop in and see what they had on the lot. Noah was there and I’m sure was happy to see me again lol. They had a couple models there that I liked and we started the negotiation process. Even in this “sellers market” I feel I was able to get a great deal. Again, Noah was very helpful and had made the buying process a breeze. He offered me the extras but when I said no thanks he respected it and moved on to the next part of the process. Total time from start to finish was under 2 hours! Thanks again, Tony More
