I reached out to this dealership to find me a 2020 Ram Promaster City as there were no new models in our area. I apologize now for this review. At the time of purchase, my experience was excellent. I owned the new vehicle for 7 months before an uninsured driver totaled it out for me. Not their fault but dealing with them after I told them I wasn't looking to purchase another vehicle has been a nightmare. Their finance department edited my cancellation request for the extended warranty into trying to cancel my GAP insurance. Even after pointing out to the member of staff, nothing but attitude as I ask for information. I wouldn't of had to ask if this dealership would have given me paperwork at time of purchase. I never felt pressured and Scott repeatedly offered insight for my Jeep Wrangler Sahara purchase that I found invaluable. He has a lot of experience and is super knowledgeable about the features on a Wrangler. Because I had selected a large number of options, I had to order the Sahara since a search did not find any available at other dealers. And yes, the chip issue did cause a significant delay in delivery, but that was not an issue for me at all. I am so pleased with the appearance and performance of my new Sahara I would have gladly waited even longer for my first Jeep to arrive. Since I wanted to have leather seats added to the Wrangler I had already worked with Ryan at Harold's Auto Upholstery before the vehicle arrived. While I was on an out of town trip for a week when the vehicle actually arrived, Tom Bauer arranged to get the Sahara to Harold's and had the vehicle ready for delivery by the time I returned. Could not have expected any better follow through, and the leather seats look fantastic. Thanks so much Scott and Tom for an enjoyable purchase encounter. They even found a 0% interest offer I was able to take advantage of that was not actually available at the time I ordered the Wrangler - so that really topped everything off nicely. More
