I took my 03 Dodge Sprinter to Peoria location for a recall and decided to have glow plugs changed and general service done. They broke 3 of the 5 glow plugs and tried to charge me an additional $1900. recall and decided to have glow plugs changed and general service done. They broke 3 of the 5 glow plugs and tried to charge me an additional $1900. to fix their incompetence.They have been very arrogant and refuse to even admit partial responsibility.I had to get an attorney to resolve the issue. Nine weeks and now waiting for a court date. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU CONSIDER THEM FOR ANY SERVICE WORK ON A DODGE SPRINTER. More
