The purchase of our CPO vehicle was initially a good experience. However, there was a part in the interior of the vehicle that was broken. We pointed it out to our salesman. We were assured it would be fixed or replaced promptly. This was back in March. We are now in September. We have corresponded many times to our salesman and also the sales manager. Numerous empty promises to get it taken care of. Still no results. This is our third vehicle purchase from Sam Galloway. While we love our Ford vehicles, the customer service after the sale leaves a lot to be desired. More

Have always had excellent service, both in vehicle purchases and maintenance. I had a recent issue with a wheel on my Mach-E, determined to be rust on the right rear wheel, shortly after a major rain purchases and maintenance. I had a recent issue with a wheel on my Mach-E, determined to be rust on the right rear wheel, shortly after a major rain event that I drove through. When attempted to drive 2 days later, I experienced a locked-up of the rear right wheel and once able to move it, a loud clunking noise when driving.. I use one-pedal driving primarily, which does not use the disk brakes (as I understand), which apparently lead to this problem. I worked with Aubrey in the service department and she was excellent to work with and between Aubry and the service person who is specifically handling the Mach-E vehicles, all is good again. I do think Ford needs to make clear to owners the potential of disk rusting, when using primarily one-pedal driving, and will follow up with a note to Ford on that issue. But again, would not think of going anywhere for service and purchases of Ford products other than Sam Galloway. More
Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a certified preowned Lincoln Corsair. I saw it online on Friday and drove it home Saturday! Tod made every step smooth and easy. My truck blew up within 10 days after buying it it was certified they finally fixed it after 2 months now the truck has a constant tick it sounds horrible and feels like less power then ever I am very dis certified they finally fixed it after 2 months now the truck has a constant tick it sounds horrible and feels like less power then ever I am very disappointed in this lemon of a buy but they do not care to make it right they claim now they have no loner trucks available so I'm waiting to drop it back off for a repair I go out of my way now to express to friends and family and customers about this to not do business here I have never felt so strong about it anywhere untill this purchase has been the worst purchase of my life and they do not care to just get me out of this horrible truck the right thing would be buy it back and send it off to auction to keep the dirt off your company name . But they are only there to make money not do good to customers it's only about the money . But them doing me wrong will only cost them money in the long run because I talk alot to alot of people I put_$20 k down paid 3 payments have drove the truck a total of 3 weeks in 3 months . Now it's going back into the shop . I was told it was getting a long block also turbos as they where already a tick issue and metal went threw them now I have 2 tick issues and they only did a short block they lied to me about what they where even fixing the whole time I didn't know the truth untill I looked over my paperwork and realized they just lied the whole time . I cant wait to give the survey to Ford More
