What a nice experience dealing with this dealership the Robins Egg Blue Heritage was Worth the short Three (3) hour drive to pick it up. My salesman John Kmitt was amazing. he graciously and continually kept me advised sometimes on a daily basis the status of where my bronco was, and when they expected it to arrive at their dealership jhon went way over the top as far as making me enjoy the sales experience and buying from Sam Galloway Ford, he should get some type of Ward. Financing was taken care of by Justin and it was a smooth transaction. They did exactly what they promised. I took my Ford Expedition in for a transmission issue. I had made an appointment for a Monday three weeks earlier. They had my truck for three weeks!! Communication was terrible, the appointment was just to park my truck in the lot because it was not looked at for four day, and I wasn’t given a rental car for 7 days. I will never be back. More
