We bought a new 2021 Lincoln Aviator from th UPDATE DOWN BELOW… Unfortunately, tried to pad our bill through the collision center by about $1000. We bought a new 2021 Lincoln Aviator from this dealership about a year ago. Took it in for 3 required recalls, regular oil change, a complete once over, top to bottom, including detailing inside and out, 2 tire repairs, a seat repair and 1 body repair. For the body shop repair we were quoted just a little over $1200. Great, we said. We knew it would take awhile, which we were fine with. Our contact person, Randall kept us well informed of the process, the progress alone the way and all of the expenses. At one point, we got a call and text from the collision center that they had found minor damage to the front bumper protector and said it would be an additional $368, roughly to fix it. This was not something we were aware of but after discussing it, we called back to say go ahead with the repair. BAD IDEA! Since we live 30 minutes away, we did not go verify this new to us, damage… we just took Mr Chima’s word for it. Secondly, it was a verbal quote from Mr. Chima and not an actual written one like the other body repair. Where this process went sideways is when we went to pick up our vehicle after we were notified by Randall that it was ready. We show up on Saturday morning and handed the bill. It was about $1000.00 OVER what we were quoted. After throughly reviewing the itemized bill, we realize the extra $1000.00 was from the collision center. So not shocked! With s skeleton crew on Saturday, our contact person, Randall nor Mr. Chima was there. So, since she could not adjust the bill, we refused to pay and walked out without our car. I refuse to be highjacked. Monday morning, our contact person and the collision center staff will be there for us to confront them in person. Why do this to your customers? It’s only going to make us NEVER want to buy from them again. .. not to mention, get another bad review and a crappy reputation. Why would we recommend a company that would do this? I will update this review to let you know what happens after the meeting tomorrow. Update: I am going to call it a miscommunication. But in the final hour, it was completely handled and all is good. The car looks amazing and we only had to pay for what we had to agreed to. More

Scheduled a service request for 10:00 AM. Got there at 9:45 AM. At 12:30 PM I asked for a status and they had not even started on my vehicle. The tech told me the 10:00 AM appt was with him and not for th 9:45 AM. At 12:30 PM I asked for a status and they had not even started on my vehicle. The tech told me the 10:00 AM appt was with him and not for the service. What good is a scheduled appointment if they don’t start on your vehicle until they feel like it? Won’t be going back for service there. They lost a customer for life. I won’t even buy a vehicle from them. They better get their problems fixed or they won’t have many customers. More
