Galloway Ford by far is the best I have ever worked with purchasing a new vehicle. They have set the gold standard for honesty and keeping to whatever commitments they made. Our sales person, Jared Miller, was great and kept us informed when our car would be in. He went over all the features with us and then called to see how we were doing and asked if we had any questions. informed when our car would be in. I’m very disappointed in Ford that my husband is a veteran and we should have gotten a rebate but because he was in the service from 1968-70 it didn’t apply. Why would you say a veteran discount and then say “well it only applies to those who have been out two years or who had a career in service”? Ford should have said only SELECTED veterans. This is not acceptable and we are very upset about it as my husband served his country and this rebate should have been granted. More
