We stopped by just to look at cars, while I was deciding what I might want. We had already visited 6 other dealerships during the week. Picked up a brand new Ford at this dealership. The entire staff in the show room treated me as if I didn't exist. They handed me the key fabs and bag and pointed to location of vehicle. They made no attempt to earn my future business for service and other vehicle purchases. They took no time to show me vehicle or features. We are Ford people and will continue to be Ford buyers. But Sam Galloway will not get my service business on our two Fords or get and opportunity to sell us any new vehicles. More

Scott, along with Roy Hardin, went above and beyond my expectations to resolve my concerns. In any organization that provides service to the public will run into issues, concerns and problems it is inevitable to occur. It is the response of that organization to these known issues, concerns or problems that warrants how well they are able to service their customers. I ordered a New Ford Maverick through Sam and even though I had to wait for 5 Ford in Fort Myers Florida! They were great throughout the entire time. I ordered a New Ford Maverick through Sam and even though I had to wait for 50 weeks for the truck to be built and delivered they (Sam Galloway) were excellent to deal with. They answered my calls (many of them over the 50 weeks) they provided the information I needed. After the truck came in, they quickly got it ready, and the transaction was smooth.
