received appointment after calling three times for service and no one answering wensday and both Thursday last week to get my truck worked on . [ water pump 2017 expedition . received appointment form someone else that picked up after transfer [ ring ring ring ] . set up to drop off Thursday 10:30 am -set me up with someone that never call me after i dropped off expedition . no call Thursday , no call Friday . so drove up to service Saturday spoke to a another service adviser said looks like they did look at it and bill is 1300.00 for a water pump!!!! said that's crazy and he said they do take AAA or seniors discount , or aarp something....he said yes and will take care of it 20% off , we agreed and i said fix it . went back to pick up and guess what -----1554.51 for a water pump . I need my truck so payed , got home and guess what i called his direct phone number , again no answer - ring ring ring ring ......RIDICULOUS rip off adviser that wont call or talk to there customer is ANDREW PEE "Service advisor " More
