Justin Leverette was a pleasure to work with, as well as Alan and Climmie. Most of our purchase was handled over the phone, we were at the dealership less than an hour and most of the time was transferring items from our trade-in to the new car. 2017 Ridgeline Great experience overall. Started with an internet inquiry, Cory was back to me within 5 minutes. Try to do a deal on a different Ridgeline but lost Great experience overall. Try to do a deal on a different Ridgeline but lost that one (anyone considering buying one put a Credit Card hold on it- fyi) Josh the finance guy was on top of everything. Worst employees ever! Numerous complications have come from leasing my car. Everytime I come in I have to wait almost 2 hours for minor problems. Things that I have been to Numerous complications have come from leasing my car. Everytime I come in I have to wait almost 2 hours for minor problems. Things that I have been told was fixed is still wrong and no one can exactly tell you what they did or why it happened. During you're wait you're never notified what is going on you are told to sit in the waiting room and see others sitting here for 15 minutes while you sit for hours. They help who they want to when they want to. I cannot wait till my lease is up and i will never buy from Sam Boswells awful sales team again. More
