I bought a Honda Pilot back in January of this year, within a week the fan went out, causing the engine to over heat. Fast forward, five months later alternator goes out next to G and G in Glencoe, whic within a week the fan went out, causing the engine to over heat. Fast forward, five months later alternator goes out next to G and G in Glencoe, which we used to replace as well as replace battery. Fast forward to seven months after buying the vehicle, the vehicle is misfiring all three piston rings need replaced, needs all six spark plugs, water pump new oil change and basically a grocery list of items, which they say is a 105 k service, that should of been done prior to me buying it. The vehicle wasn't even in the system yet when we purchased it, there was crumbs and all in the vehicle. We waited two days for it to get detailed and I highly doubt they did any maintenance on the vehicle. ALSO, NEVER PAY FOR A HIGH MILEAGE WARRANTY, THEY WILL FIND A LOOP HOLE, LIKE IT HASN'T COMPLETELY FAILED YET SO WE WON'T COVER IT. More

Surging problem with 2016 pilot I contacted Danny Bryant in the service department. I drove the vehicle in and was analyzed to be the fuel injectors. The dealership replace them unde I contacted Danny Bryant in the service department. I drove the vehicle in and was analyzed to be the fuel injectors. The dealership replace them under warranty, but later I continued to have the same problem. Today the service department checked the transmission and performed service bulletin 17-014. This solved the problem. The service department did a great job. This is the only place to take a Honda for repairs. More

Excellent Service Department I have been a customer of what was Grissom Honda and now Tameron Honda for 20 years and Danny in Service Department is for sure a great part of their I have been a customer of what was Grissom Honda and now Tameron Honda for 20 years and Danny in Service Department is for sure a great part of their team..he has always been very professional and honest person.Everyone has been nice but have always called Danny when I had questions and he was always there to answer... 40 Years and Counting I brought my first Honda vehicle back in 1976 and since that time I or a member of my family has brought a new Honda vehicle every couple of years and I brought my first Honda vehicle back in 1976 and since that time I or a member of my family has brought a new Honda vehicle every couple of years and everyone of them were serviced and taken care of by their Service Department and I would let no one else put a hand on them. I have taken them to my local dealership because they know me and I know them. My wife and father put over 300,000 miles on their cars and never once had the misfortune of a breakdown or any other because of the Service Department we know and trust. More
