If you tell me that you can squeeze me in on Monday, for brakes. Do it. When I show up Monday to check-in. The technician is finishing up on the last one and I will be the first o e Tuesday. Do it. When I call Wednesday to check-in, and I am told u don't have an appointment. It will be a day or so. I tell the woman on the phone what has happened. She gets the service manager to call. Finally it gets fixed. Too many , non-truths, or commonly known as lies. Too much time wasted. More

Called at the end of the week to get an appointment for AC issues. Sara had me in by Monday of the following week, informed me that my car had a warranty extension due to some AC issues. Took it Monday mor AC issues. Sara had me in by Monday of the following week, informed me that my car had a warranty extension due to some AC issues. Took it Monday morning and had it back that evening at closing. Sara was very professional throughout the whole process, will definitely be back for future service! More
