Bought 2 new Hondas from 2 different dealers in the past. What I like best w past experiences is the service. Both dealerships in the past have been fair and straight forward. It was for extended warranty fix for AC. They extended it for 10 years, due to factory defect issues. Also got tire rotation, wiper blades, Air Filter and engine filter. All this except rotation at their request and not a problem. Back to the Air that was covered under warrantee. They said we needed an AC coil and clutch (not covered) and it would be 700. I did a Ai search for average price and it said 600-800 dollars so ok! Get her done. At this point no problem. The drama after that was memorable. They put compressor on that was covered and did not know it needed oil, so that’s one. Kept saying your air will not work if you do not get this part or that part. They had it 2 days and it would had to remain another. At some point my wife said no. What was quoted us at 700, became 985. Recommend Florence or Anniston in the future! Avoid Gadsden! Never had this at other location. More
New employees should be better trained with customer service. Service writer (new) drop ball several times. I actually spent 900.00 but it kept changing when I called.
