I didn’t feel like a valued customer. I made an appointment a week in advance Laura told me it would be ready in 4 hours—it took 5 hours. She said the reason it took so long was that she slipped 2 customers that were drop in ahead of me. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT??? Disappointed first visit. She also mentioned that I had complimentary Auto Butler for 5 years that’s 10 times…I don’t consider it complimentary when we paid for this when we purchased my vehicle!!! I am pleased with the service however the Service Department lacked in Customer Service. More

I came there for auto butler they had my car done in 30 min.zHow can you detail a car that fast.They did not vacuum between my front seats and I had everything cleaned out of trunk and they never touched i min.zHow can you detail a car that fast.They did not vacuum between my front seats and I had everything cleaned out of trunk and they never touched it. That is twice I had this problem.I paid $400 and something on top of my car price.I feel I am owed another cleaning for the way they rushed car twice. More
