I didn’t feel like a valued customer. I made an appointment a week in advance Laura told me it would be ready in 4 hours—it took 5 hours. She said the reason it took so long was that she slipped 2 customers that were drop in ahead of me. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT??? Disappointed first visit. She also mentioned that I had complimentary Auto Butler for 5 years that’s 10 times…I don’t consider it complimentary when we paid for this when we purchased my vehicle!!! I am pleased with the service however the Service Department lacked in Customer Service. More
