Saluda Motor Sales Went Above and Beyond! I was the unfortunate victim in a highway accident in my hometown of Atlanta, GA. I knew exactly what I wanted, a 2010 White Expedition Limited, and Saluda Motor Sales had just listed one and I was willing to travel. I spoke with Kelly on the phone and he was very familiar with this vehicle as it came from another loyal repeat customer. After a long distance verification of service history and additional pictures I was sent on a Wednesday, I identified a few minor cosmetic blemishes that I would have fixed myself, and Kelly had those few areas professionally touched up. He took the time to meet me at my one-way rental car return in Augusta, GA on Friday that same week to deliver the vehicle as it was the closest rental drop off. In addition, he had felt a slight vibration while braking, and replaced the front rotors and pads before I met him. The transaction was smooth, SUV looked just great, and I have been extremely pleased riding around in my "new to me" vehicle and I am an extremely picky person when it comes to cars! The paperwork showed up in a timely manner, and I have already recommended Saluda Motor Sales to my father-in-Law who is doing some car shopping. I have nothing but nice things to say about Kelly and Saluda Motor Sales for turning a bad story into a good one. More
