We were returning from our AZ trip when our 3500 Ram suddenly lost all power coming up and over the pass into SLC. Poor communication I feel the sales department treated me fairly and kept their commitments. Haven't had a very good experience with the service department. I had a I feel the sales department treated me fairly and kept their commitments. Haven't had a very good experience with the service department. I had a check engine light come on in my Ram truck. I scheduled an early morning appointment to get it checked. Later that day I received a call from my service writer Kenny that they need to keep the truck overnight to do a more extensive test (I feel they didn't get a chance to look at it that day). Nevertheless Kenny called me the next day and said the parts and labor would be covered under warranty. Good news! He would get the parts ordered and I should get a call in about 10 to 14 days to schedule the repairs. After 30 and never receiving a call, I called the service department. I was informed that Kenny is no longer with the company and Cameron will be my new service advisor. Cameron checked on my parts and said they will be in by the end of the month. Long story short I've had to call every 30 days about my parts and told the same thing every time. Parts will be in by the end of the month. Cameron said something about Ram is updating the parts and having to make new ones. This has been going on for 4+ months. NO parts and repairs haven't been made. I would probably feel a little better if I would receive a call or text once in a while informing me about the status of my parts order. I don't know if it's the dealerships or Rams fault. Either way I don't feel very well treated over the situation. I would be very reluctant to purchase another Ram product. More

Even before we entered, he gave us instructions on where to park and let us know that he would be waiting. As we neared the customer parking in the front, there was a person who showed us right were to go. As we entered the door, Glenn and Tony were there waiting for us. We probably spent less than 2 hours at the dealership before driving away with our new car. Everyone on the staff we encountered were wonderful and professional, offering us coffee, or directions to the bathroom. Everything from the test drive to the finance department to the delivery of the vehicle could not have been better. More

Worked with these guys for 5 days going back and forth. Which was a simple inquiry at this part. Then the owner or manager Kavon however his name is spelt says thanks for your interest in our vehicle and hangs up. So Charles and Kavon you did a pathetic job of getting a customer a vehicle. Disappointment is an understatement of your establishment. If you end up having to get Kavon involved in your sale odds are that he will most likely screw it up for you. Be proud of this one star review you Kavon earned it. So in the end I’ll take a hard pass on ever doing business with Salt Lake Valley Chrysler Dodge. More

Initially I gave them one star because of a mistake they made when I was going to buy a Ram 2500. I talked to Cliff the GM of the store and he promised to make things right. Most of the time you hear guarantees like that and they are hallow. Not with Cliff. He definitely cares about their reputation. Cliff explained how the mistake happened without making excuses. He then made up for the mistake and I went from saying I would never deal with them again to driving off the lot with a new truck. This won't be the last vehicle I buy from them. More
