As a female, I was a little turned off by one of the sales people here, Brandon or Braydon I don't remember. He gave creepy vibes with his constant sexual innuendo. I have had such a bad experience with salt lake valley, Jeep ram and their customer service. I made an appointment three times now. They've ordered the parts and once again I got turned away this morning a Jeep ram and their customer service. I made an appointment three times now. Now I've made appointments there and they have not even called me to tell me my parts were not in to not come. It is the worst service I've had out of any dealership. Very disappointed. I can get around and go to work or anything. I am losing money every day the service to the service writer. Mike doesn’t understand that I can’t rent a car. I am very upset. I would appreciate it if somebody would write me a car, and do the Google labor not for free I’m not charges this is been a hardship on my family and all me or give me a new car. This should be negative stars. My son just got a new EV Jeep and wanted to get a lift system installed. They have been stringing him along for days with his Jeep in the shop. They said they don’t have a rental and he already traded his truck in so he has no vehicle. My son has borrowed my vehicle so I have been out of a vehicle. It is crazy. Something is really wrong with this dealership in the parts and/or service department. They shouldn’t have his vehicle this long so I am very concerned and suspicious that they are not a legitimate organization. More
I called to schedule a full assessment appointment for my 2004 Jeep Liberty letting the service rep know that I wanted to know EVERYTHING that was wrong with it for I was selling it to a teen and wanted to f 2004 Jeep Liberty letting the service rep know that I wanted to know EVERYTHING that was wrong with it for I was selling it to a teen and wanted to fix it for them. Well, what I got was a quote for a oil gasket and filter replace and was told the power steering pump was also bad. That was it! When I asked about the other stuff I was told that I would be charged an additional $125 to assess the other things wrong with it. Well, long story short I ended up paying over $4000 dollars and the check engine light is still on!!!!!!! I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this service department. I fully feel I was screwed!!!!!!! P.S.-My back upper brake light cover is also chipped now which it wasn’t when it went there. More
I,ll give them 1 star because it won't let me give them a zero. I received a recall notice for the tailgate on my 2020 Ram 2500. According to the recall notice the issue could cause "...loss of unsecured c zero. I received a recall notice for the tailgate on my 2020 Ram 2500. According to the recall notice the issue could cause "...loss of unsecured cargo...road hazard to other vehicles...can cause such vehicles to crash without warning." The notice also states "...estimated repair time is 15 minutes" plus check in check out. The soonest I could get an appointment was 13 days out. Dropped of the truck at 0900. At 1500 I called to see if it was done. I was told No. When I asked when it might get done the best he could tell me was "Today, I expect." I EXPECT ! It takes me 4 times longer to drop it off and pick it up than the repair would take and I might have to find a ride tomorrow as well. I picked it up, untouched, later that afternoon. There are three major problems here. SLVCDJR needs to quit over-scheduling for their convince, I understand that they don't want their techs sitting around with nothing to, but my time is as valuable as theirs. In 7 hours, by the time I picked it up, they couldn't squeeze in 15 minutes for a recall fix on a truck that is still under warranty (this is the second recall on the truck by the way). Second my "Service Agent" didn't even check with anyone to see where in the process the truck was, just said no but that it might get done "today I expect...I'll call you as soon as I see the paper work. Third, and I think most important, was that my "Service Agent" could not have cared less that I was unsatisfied with their service. He just asked if I was XXXX and handed me the keys. No apology, no thank you, no goodbye. More
I came to this dealership for a recall fix and to assess why my remote start was not working. When I told the man working in the parts department that I was under extended warranty, he told me that he neede why my remote start was not working. When I told the man working in the parts department that I was under extended warranty, he told me that he needed no other information other than the warranty providers phone number and my VIN. Later that afternoon, I received a phone call letting me know that the problem was actually due to a short in my rear passenger door. This was causing the computer to believe the door is open and not allowing the remote start to work. He told me this would not be covered under my extended warranty. They were asking too much for a simple repair so I declined the fix. He told me that my car was ready for pickup in that case. I arrived at the dealership to be told that I owe them a $130 diagnostics fee before I can receive my keys. This was when things went left.... I was never told about a diagnostics fee, I was only told to leave my Warranty providers information and my VIN. I refused to pay the fee because it was not disclosed. After an argument with parts management, they all left the lobby for without an indication of a solution. Soon after, someone came through the front doors and handed me my keys without saying a word. I was anxious to leave after they made me feel cornered so I rushed out of there. When I returned home I noticed while under their care, items from my glove box, center console, and truck bed had been STOLEN totaling over $200. I guess their solution was to steal my things rather than come to an agreement. This was the most shady and screwed up experience I have had from a dealership. Would never recommend someone buy from or get service here. More
