**** Please, Please Read this before you buy from this dealer!!!!!! This Dealer is Super Shady! This company pulled a bait and switch with me today! 8 weeks ago I ordered a truck based on the build shee dealer!!!!!! This Dealer is Super Shady! This company pulled a bait and switch with me today! 8 weeks ago I ordered a truck based on the build sheet and the MSRP price that they represented! That was all that was discussed at the time we surrendered our deposit. Once the truck showed up we had to ask multiple times for the truck payoff info. (Fees, DH and taxes) Shaun, our sales man then informed me that they mark up all there trucks 5k over sticker and that I would be paying another 5k over what we were given! After having a conversation with him over this he advised me that he was going to have a conversation with his boss about the matter. Well, after not getting a return phone call I had to call back the following day to find out what was going on. I was then told they weren’t going to honor the price and that they would refund my deposit back. This place is shady, I will NEVER do business at this GMC dealer. To flat out lie and not be transparent is bad business in my opinion. More

Amer, Gary and Justin were excellent to work with through the remote purchase process (I am in Denver CO). The price discussion, trade-in evaluation, vehicle transfer, financing/loan process was great. Ther the remote purchase process (I am in Denver CO). The price discussion, trade-in evaluation, vehicle transfer, financing/loan process was great. There was no pressure at any point to force a deal. We spent about 10 days from initial contact to us driving down to SLC to pick up the vehicle. More
Buyer beware! They are charging $$ thousands over MSRP trying to take advantage of the current market place. GM doesn’t charge them thousands more for vehicles, but this dealership will. They could care l trying to take advantage of the current market place. GM doesn’t charge them thousands more for vehicles, but this dealership will. They could care less about the customer and are more focused on profit. Shout out to Jon Spence who is a lousy salesman who thinks this practice is ok and that they need to charge this markup to stay in business. What a joke! Take your business elsewhere! More
Do not buy their service package! I’ve bought many and had no problem until I reached out to let them know my vehicle was stolen and never found. They do not refund! They won’t even transfer if you buy a had no problem until I reached out to let them know my vehicle was stolen and never found. They do not refund! They won’t even transfer if you buy a new vehicle from them! I am choosing wisdom to not work with this dealership again. As well as letting my friends and family know. Going forward I’m supporting local businesses all the way! More
This dealership is committing fraud. Do not purchase from them. They are selling fraudulent warranties and not paying on them when there is a valid issue with a vehicle. They are banking on you giving from them. They are selling fraudulent warranties and not paying on them when there is a valid issue with a vehicle. They are banking on you giving up when trying to fight for your money or to have the claim paid. The warranty company will hang up on us when we call to discuss claim, never denied our claim or will not return our phone calls. We brought this issue to the dealership themselves and they have refuse to help or pay to fix the vehicle. They are clearly aware of the fraud. We are suing the dealership to ensure this does not happen to others. Recommend you take your business elsewhere! More
BEWARE. Should be zero stars. I never post reviews on anything but these guys are the absolute worse. I purchased a new GMC Yukon Denali years ago and bought, at the same time, an 84 month.75K mile exte anything but these guys are the absolute worse. I purchased a new GMC Yukon Denali years ago and bought, at the same time, an 84 month.75K mile extended warranty for $2,820. In December 2020, the vehicle seized though zero fault of my own at the 48 month mark with just 31K miles (not in dispute) but they, inexplicably, won't honor their own warranty and, worse, even call/email back with any plausible excuse as the repairs from a fellow GMC dealership totaled $7,935. We endured weeks of run around and finger pointing between the dealership and their warranty company followed by a complete ghosting by Mike Fonger, our original salesperson who is now the dealership president and his extended team. Their lawyers offered me $1,500, roughly half of the warranty cost, hoping I'll go away. I won't. I liken this to paying for a fire insurance policy and then one day your house burns down and they try to negotiate you under the table with your original money. On principle, I'll spend more than the repair cost to fight and ensure others don't fall victim to these fraudulent clowns. In fact, please let me know if you've had similar experiences as I'd like to launch a class action lawsuit. If not, STEER CLEAR and please tell all of your friends. More
