He is genuine, and worked very hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase. From test drive to delivery and beyond, he was amazing. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, and if he did not know the answer, he did research and got an answer for us. Upon delivery, we noticed a small problem with the part that lets down the spare tire. Omar ordered the part, and today the whole assembly was installed in a very professional manner, and he even made sure I had a loaner vehicle to drive while our new truck was having the part installed.
