When I decided on the Colorado, a searched inventories on line. I filled out a form at Bill Crispin and Heather called me the next day. She arranged an appointment for me to meet a salesperson, Mike. When we went out to look at the inventory, he did not guide me to what he thought I should have, he actually asked - "What are you looking for?". That respect goes along way with me.
