Kevin asked questions, shared info on the levels and made negotiating a smooth experience. There was no high pressure regarding options, warrantees etc. once a deal was made, the vehicle was secured, prepped and delivered efficiently at their clean, bright and modern facility. Excellent customer service I went into Bill Crispin Chevrolet without making an appointment so I was expecting to have to wait but was immediately greeted and helped by Omar. I I went into Bill Crispin Chevrolet without making an appointment so I was expecting to have to wait but was immediately greeted and helped by Omar. I was intending to buy a black 2018 Nissan Versa. Unfortunately, Omar told me it had just been sold. Luckily, they had another Nissan Versa that was almost identical to the one I was looking for. Same model, year, price, and similar mileage but in a different color. My biggest concerns were affordability and mileage so the dark grey color instead of black was not a big deal to me. After taking it for a test drive I knew I wanted to buy this car. The whole process was simple and quick. The optional add-ons were explained to me and I picked what I wanted and declined what I didn't without pressure from the staff. When I told Omar I was pre-approved through my credit union he told me they were affiliated with them and could save me a trip by faxing everything over to them which I was very grateful for! Nick did an excellent job of explaining all the paperwork and what I was signing, it was an efficient process and an overall positive experience. Omar and Nick were great, I will be recommending them to family and friends! More
