Looking back on our experience searching for cars, I wish Bill Crispin Chevrolet was the first dealership we went to while searching for a used car. Looking back on our experience searching for cars, I wish we would've ended our search there and saved time and energy! The salesmen, particularly Aaron, listened to our wants and budgets and found cars he thought we would like most. He offered to scroll through all of their inventory so we could find every option available. During our first visit, we found six cars we wanted to check out. Aaron showed us each one in the pouring rain and was very detail oriented to ensure we saw all of the features. He offered to let us test drive each one without any hesitation. When we left, he gave us his card and phone number without putting pressure on us to make a purchase that day. When we returned a couple weeks later, we worked with Aaron again and the experience was just as enjoyable. It was a very hot day and we had four more cars we wanted to look at. Aaron showed us the cars and let us take each one for a test drive. Aaron had the cars running with the A/C before we got in and made the car shopping much more tolerable and enjoyable. Prior to purchasing our car, we had a ton of questions which Aaron happily answered and took the stress out of our first car buying experience! We will DEFINITELY be returning to Bill Crispin in the future and asking specifically for Aaron! More

Pleasantly Suprised I purchased a used Honda CR-V here after initially finding an ad for another car through a friend on a Facebook market place ad handled by Colleen P. I purchased a used Honda CR-V here after initially finding an ad for another car through a friend on a Facebook market place ad handled by Colleen P. at Bill Crispin Chevrolet. While I was there on a Friday evening, I saw the Honda CR-V which, coincidentally, matched exactly what my wife was wanting. I have attempted to buy cars in the past from dealerships and have had rather negative experiences, so I was a bit hesitant to head back to another dealership. Colleen and the rest of the staff were very quick to let me look over the car and take all the time I wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the potential purchase. Colleen was upfront about the fees and taxes, so I wouldn't be surprised by them later if I chose to purchase with them. She wasn't pushy and didn't hover around while I looked over the vehicle, but was present and ready to help answer any questions I might have. I went home, as it was late, I hadn't really considered this particular car and needed to do some more research. The next day, I went back and Colleen, Don C., and Aaron worked out a decent out the door price for me. Eleanora gave me the run down on down payment, financing, deposits, etc. Everything was clear and transparent. I thought about it a little more and decided to pay cash for it on Tuesday. I phoned them mid-day and after work, when I got to the dealership, they had everything ready to go. It took me about 10 minutes to buy the vehicle. All in all, I had a very easy, pressure free, and very positive experience. Colleen was very, very helpful and friendly. I am glad she took it upon herself to list the vehicles on social media, otherwise, I might not have been able to find my wife her car of choice. I wish this had been my first dealership experience.
