We went in pre approved just needed to get the advertised deal and no crazy fees to pump up the price.. Colleen our sales rep met us at the door very polite and professional.. we showed her the deal the pre approval went over the taxes title fee and everything was as advertised, we highly recommend this dealership and Colleen in used cars and truck. This first dealership taught my son how to walk out and keep looking for that right price with the right company to buy a car/truck and the last place Bill Crispin taught my son that walking out of the first place and not being pressured by sales techniques is the wisest move as a consumer.. Great Experience! Excellent Customer Service! I was helping my daughter look for a new car to replace her totaled 2017 Fusion. I decided to take a quick look at the Chevy Cruze for her to consider I was helping my daughter look for a new car to replace her totaled 2017 Fusion. I decided to take a quick look at the Chevy Cruze for her to consider instead of a Fusion. I walked into Bill Crispin and was greeted by Mike right away and he was very helpful from the beginning. He asked a few questions and listened to what I was looking for. I originally was looking at the Cruze and Mike gave me all the info and pricing I needed on the Cruze but he also suggested that we take a look at the Malibu and take it for a test drive just for a comparison to the Cruze and Fusion. My daughter fell in love with the Malibu and Mike worked up a great deal for us making sure we got all the rebates and incentives that were available. He was always straight forward with the pricing giving us the bottom line on the Cruze and Malibu that we were looking at with no surprise hidden costs added in later. There was no pressure when we told him we wanted to look at a Fusion before we made a decision. After test driving the Malibu and then a Fusion she was sold on the Malibu, it had more features at a better price with all the rebates and incentives. We were able to buy the Malibu that we had test drove, right off the lot the next day. It was a great experience working with Mike Herman and Bill Crispin Chevrolet. More
