I loved the 2017 Equinox I had, but knew this time around I wanted more features. With all of the holiday incentives, I contacted the dealership to see what monthly payments would be if I chose to return my lease early and get a 2020 Equinox with remote start. I wasn't expecting miracles, as I knew I had 8 months left, and had done my research about the trade-in process as well as rolling over possible negative equity. The internet sales department texted me asking me questions and providing helpful information. I chose to do a finance application online, which was super easy, and Meghan Lamkin (business manager) contacted me and let me know my credit score and what the monthly payments would be to lease a new 2020 equinox with all the features I wanted. It turns out with all the incentives and with some money down ($500), I was able to get into the new car at a lower monthly payment. The internet sales team was amazing in providing all the necessary information I needed BEFORE even thinking about running my credit. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Thank you Bill Crispin Chevy. I love my new Equinox! More

He gave us a great price and made sure that everything went smoothly. We love our Volt. Aside from the present minor issue, we've had no problems with the car. I change the oil myself (every year) and check fluid levels. A minor problem with the entertainment system prompted a scheduled service since I have no way of interfacing with the Volt computer system. I made an appointment over a week ahead of time and brought in the car as promised. We were called a couple of hours later with a follow-up promised. After over 24 hours of hearing nothing, I called and was told that nobody had yet looked at the car. With no indication of how long I would wait, I cancelled the appointment, retrieved my car and made an appointment with another dealer. I suspect that they really don't have the technical knowledge to service a Volt. Getting an appointment so far in advance and then waiting after the appointed time for an indefinite length of time tells me that they don't understand the vehicle. The Volt is a complex vehicle. I worked for GM Tech Center for 10 years, most of the time putting computers in all sorts of vehicles at the Engineering Staff, so I understand this complexity. There is a minimal level of knowledge necessary to truly service this car, and I don't have confidence that Crispin maintains this in their staff. More

Kevin is my sales consultant. He was a very easy person to deal with and made sure I felt like a valued customer. It was nice to work with someone who cares about cars. Kim made sure that questions about the extended warranties were answered and I was able to purchase the one that I requested. Meghan made sure the financial and licensing transactions were taken care of. I look forward to years of friendly service from Bill Crispin Chevrolet. More
Colleen was amazing but the rest of my experience sucked. After picking up my Flex I notice a squeal and rough idle. I spoke to Colleen and she said they’d fix it. I drove way out there again to have them and they said they didn’t find anything even though when Colleen pulled the car into prep to have the sticker removed I could hear it clear as day. I’m incredibly disappointed with that but that wasn’t even it. I got my car back and noticed a gash in the sidewall of my tire and sent a picture of it to them a couple days later after getting my car. They want me to pay $180 to fix their mess up. I highly recommend going somewhere else. More
