Sales Department is great- service department okay I've purchased two cars at this dealership in the last 7 years and both sales experiences have been without a hassle. No pressure and no long winded "we're giving it away" speeches so that was nice. However, the service department at this dealership has some real issues with quality work and customer service. I've had to take a car back more than once for work that was not done properly the first time- wasting both my time and theirs. Generally, the attitude of the customer service reps seem to be not the greatest either. More
