As I have responded to all of the other negative reviews you and your wife have left our store, I will respond to this one in the same manner. I'm not sure exactly how we can help you anymore than we have because we truly believe we have gone over and above to accommodate you and your wife. We called you being proactive to take care of the recall. That in itself should show you that we were in no way being dishonest or misleading. I have responded to all of the negative reviews you and your wife have left all over social media. I have offered to buy the vehicle back. We have offered to drive 1.5 hrs to bring you a rental, take your van to your closet Honda dealer to complete the recall. I'm not sure what else we can do unfortunately to make this satisfactory for you. Our company has an excellent reputation and has always gone over and above to accommodate our customers and make sure that they are satisfied and we stand by that.

You sold me a vehicle that was listed as, and priced as a Honda CPO vehicle. It is not. That is not debatable. You can put whatever you think makes your company look good in the responses to my review, but the truth is the truth. Myself and my wife were lied to. Your employees falsified the documents. According to the Honda America website the recall was issued on the 19th of December, according to your sales manager Mr Mathis he received notification on the recall on the 21st. The recall has been seen to, but that doesn't negate the FACT that I was lied to.

Hi Sonya, That is correct, you did bring the vehicle in for the timing belt package without a radiator issue showing at the time. No hoses from the radiator are removed during a timing belt package though. There was apparently an underlying issues with the top of radiator when the hose fits over top, not noticed during the timing belt package because the hose was not removed. Once a new water pump was installed and system resealed tighter is caused more pressure inside the system and the crack under the hose at the radiator then became pressurized and blew the hose off causing smoke and coolant lose. Jasper and our service manager, Jimmy, did feel this was unfortunate and decided together than we should give her employee cost because of the unexpected repair that no one could have or would have seen coming. However, a cracked radiator connection isn't something they could have happened during a timing belt package replacement. Again, we are sorry for this unfortunate event.

Hi there. Thank you for your review. To respond to your concerns, I can guarantee you 100% that our dealership has zero control of the rate that Honda Finance offers our customers. Because we were so upset to hear that Honda may have told you that, we contacted our district Honda sales manager and spoke with him. They record all of the phone calls made to Honda Finance so they could find out who the rep was that told you this information. However, they found no recorded phone calls from you in your customer file. I understand that you received a better rate at VW and it is our understand that they approving many customers due to their recent VW diesel scandal and loss of market share. We hate to loose you as a Honda customer but we can assure you again, that our dealership has nothing to do with the rate you were offered. It is the banks call (in this case, Honda Finance) what rate they will approve you at based on your credit history. I am sorry that someone has mislead you to believe this information.
