I told you I would be there around 10:30 and darn if you didn't appear to be waiting for us. My wife and I both agree this was the most painless experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Crystal bent over backwards trying to make us comfortable and relaxed. As I said before, we arrived at 10:30 and at around 1:00 we were on our way home! My real regret is that we don't live close enough to come in for service or just drop by to say hello. Bobby, I wish I could have "beat" you down more! Just kidding! I know that purchasing a new vehicle for most people can be extremely aggravating, but you will get the straight up truth and respect most dealerships do NOT give.
