The McKenney Salinas dealership had a car I had been searching for ... a white Saturn Sky. I found it online and the asking price was fair so we made the 3 hour trip. We were not disappointed. Upon our arrival we did not find sales people racing towards us from every direction as we have experienced at other dealerships and we were able to look the car over at our own pace before going inside. It would have been nice to have gotten the price down a bit or dodged the fees, but since the price was already reasonable, it was hard to argue. (Plus the car was beautiful and was very clean!) The customer service was great as well as their follow up to make sure we are satisifed. More

Over the years, I have worked with many sales people and car dealerships but I do not recall any that exceed McKenney-Salinas in professionalism. Nothing seems too much trouble for this young man. His explanation of the various vehicles and options was clear and knowledgeable. His attitude was positive throughout without any 'hype' which is all too prevalent in the car industry. Josh was extremely patient - I took my time in coming to a decision. He at no time pressed me nor plagued me with follow-up calls, but was immediately response to my calls. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to other potential purchasers. More

Our experience at McKenney Salinas Honda Mitsubishi was excellent. First and foremost, they delivered on what they promised and this was very refreshing. Jasper was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey and spent 45 minutes demonstrating every feature before we even took it out on the road. This was very helpful because now I know how to operate everything. The actual credit application process was easy (although I unsuccessfully tried submitting my application online prior to coming into the dealership but the online application was down - my only feedback is to get that fixed so that it is smoother when customers come in). Jonathan Zirbel worked with us many months prior to coming into the dealership and we appreciated his responsiveness, patience, knowledge and follow-up. Many thanks to Jasper, Roger and Jonathan for making this a painless process. We will never go anywhere else when purchasing these brands and will recommend all of our friends and family - a true testament to our positive experience. More

We have purchased at least six new cars over the years, but this experience surpasses all others. We did not have to argue or be coerced in any fashion.
