After making the decision to purchase a new car, I researched many different makes on the internet and my wife and I set out to test drive several of these. My wife prevailed and we met Deanna Williams who immediately assured me that the Honda Civic would meet my requirements. I already knew of Honda's reputation for quality and the Civic exceded my expectations for economy. A quick test drive and some infomation from Deanna was all that I needed. Then with the price offer it was easy to decide to purchase. Our expected long days test driving different nmakes of cars was at an end. I especially liked the fact that I was able to deal with Deanna without having to be referred to someone else during the purchase. Deanna was most knowledgeable and responded to my every question. Both she and Roger Hoyle were most plesant and gave us a wealth of information without making us feel pressured. This was a great car-buying experience. After two weeks of driving, both my wife and I have fallen in love with our Civic and could not be more pleased with our gas mileage. Jack Kale More

The entire process was good. David was very courteous and very much the 'salesman'. He wasn't however, too knowledgable about the Chevy Silverado that I purchased and he acknowledged that he wasn't but and very much the 'salesman'.
