I purchased a 2013 Honda Crosstour EX-L W/Navi. and I am overly joyed. The car is everything I dreamed and then some. I used the online service and Steven was great. They arranged to have someone pick me up in Charlotte and in about 2hours I was on my way home in my new car. Eddie Jarvis has to be the sweetest, most up front & honest man you could ever deal with. Roger Hoyle was thorough, yet quick in the finance office and as we all know, you want nothing more than a quick trip through the finance office to get into that new car! There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this dealership. I got the EXACT car I wanted in minimal time, no haggling & friendly faces all the way around. What more could you ask for?! I was interested in purchasing a CRV and wanted a specfic color and amenities. I emailed and asked questions about cars available and was pleasantly surprised to have my emails answered quickly. I traveled 2.5 hours from Raleigh and the trip was more than worth it. The vehicle was top quality and Steven and Jessica were great to work with and Chris was fast as lightning with the paperwork. They had several different cars that I was interested in looking at, so I went with my husband. We test drove a Honda Fit and a Honda Civic hybrid, both used. Ultimately, I went with the Fit because of good mileage/reviews and I liked the hatchback element. We were also unsure about maintenance on a used hybrid. The staff were helpful and honest. We liked that our Fit was also a "certified Honda." I would recommend them to people looking for a new or used car. Good selection and good service. More

We specifically went to McKinney Salinas over Hendrick, which is closer to us, because we knew people who had bad experiences at Hendrick and we'd had good experience with McKinney Salinas' service departm which is closer to us, because we knew people who had bad experiences at Hendrick and we'd had good experience with McKinney Salinas' service department in the past. Although we figured we would buy a car from McKinney, we didn't expect to buy it the day we walked in. Jasper did a really great job of explaining everything and quite frankly we felt he was able to give us an offer we couldn't refuse. We live more than 30 minutes away, but we probably will try and bring it to McKinney for service when possible due to the excellent service we received. Thanks and we love our new car!!!! More

I gave this crew a very narrow range of spefications for what I was I was looking for, and they performed. They were courteous and friendly, it seemed as though they cared, I didn't feel like they were try what I was I was looking for, and they performed. David showed me the cars, I picked the one I was interested in, and it went from there, it didn't seem like other dealers where they are trying to get rid of some particular car. I got what I wanted and my expectations were met. Chris closed the deal with the financing and I was on my way in less than two hours. It was a very different car buying experience than I'm used to, and when I'm in the market again, I would definately check them out! More
