I leased a 2010 Infiniti G37s hard top convertible at Salerno Duane Infiniti. During price negotiations I felt like this was a friendly, family kind of dealer. The people I have met throughout are warm and welcoming. I have had some problems with the convertible, primarily squeaks and rattles. My primary service contact, Allie, is a sweetheart. Very responsive. Shows great empathy. And when she isn't available, Sue is wonderful, as well. While the squeaks remain unresolved (need to wait for the cold weather to kick back in), compromising my experience with a car I otherwise like, this dealership treats the customer right. While I believe in the Infiniti brand, one negative surprise has been the number of service intervals this car requires and the cost to service. As a long time Porsche owner (oil changes every 15,000 to 20,000 miles), the Infiniti interval of 3,000 to 4,000 is disruptive and arises much too fast. But, if I must go to a dealer too often, I'm glad to see my friends Allie and Sue at Salerno Duane. More
I watched in amazement as Allie and Susan coordinated my service request for my Infiniti FX35. I had never witness any thing like it. In the mean time, Susan informed me that the courtesy car I wall be using for that day, was ready. the car engine was runnung, the door on the drivers side was opened. All I had to do was get in the car close the door and be on my way. Who could ask for anything more? They exceed your expectations every time. Allie and Sue couldn't be more pleasant to deal with, and they make a service visit a completely stress-free experience. A good deal on a car isn't worth much unless the dealer has a first rate service department, and I'm happy to recommend this dealership on all counts. More
